We’ve all heard the joke. A thuggish looking guy walks into a business he is trying to shakedown and says, “Nice little store you have here. It’d be a shame if something happened to it.” Wink, wink. The message is crystal clear; do what the bully wants or else something really bad is going to happen.
This scene has now played out in real life. In a so-called “news” article in the Washington Post recently, “Experts fear Durham’s Reputation at Risk in FBI Probe,” the newsletter for the deep state openly threatened U.S. Attorney John Durham who is looking into abuses by intelligence agencies and the Justice Department in launching the bogus witch hunt against President Donald Trump under false allegations that he and his campaign were Russian agents.
With zero news in the article, with nothing more than opinion, conjecture and rumor, the writers assert that Mr. Durham is risking “his reputation” by pressing the matter of criminality inside the FBI and the Department of Justice.
The writers — I refuse to call them “reporters” — use no less a voice than former Attorney General Eric Holder to make their point. This is the same Eric Holder who was found to be in contempt of Congress. The same Eric Holder who let people die and then walked away in his failed guns to terrorist scam Fast and Furious. And, the same Eric Holder who twisted the law in outright contortions to defend the unconstitutional actions of the Obama regime.
The Post blatantly lays out the picture. Durham has been a respected, truthful and honorable authority. But now he is looking into actions and people that the established D.C. order wants to protect. The piece hauls out a few shills to mouth the warnings but the main actor is Holder.
A couple of things immediately jump to mind.
First, to be thought of as “dishonorable” by Eric Holder is a high compliment. He has a record of partisan, radical politics that goes back a generation. He was by far the most incompetent and political Attorney General since Maurice Stans. Unless you are looking to get an endorsement for a Marxist essay contest, his word is simply not worth considering.
Second, having Holder take an increasingly public profile on the issue of investigating the conspiracy and probable crimes is a big “tell.” What is Holder and his crew afraid of? How far into the Obama White House did the illegal spying on the Trump campaign go? We do know that disgraced former FBI agent Peter Strzok wrote that the White House knew all about their efforts and was instructed to keep them informed. Who was that exactly?
The whole thing smells like a desperate effort to keep anyone from asking those questions because it may in fact lead to some very high places. Given that Holder has been Obama’s attack dog you have to assume that is who Holder is seeking to defend.
Regardless of the motivations and goals of the likes of Eric Holder, the fact that the Washington Post would engage in this type of a slur is a story unto itself. This story had one goal, to raise the specter of retaliation against Mr. Durham if he went into areas the rotting establishment wants left alone. It was thuggery in the most fundamental form.
And, it shows the near-panic levels of fear that the Deep State is experiencing. They are about to be fully exposed, their vile games and manipulations evident for all to see.
May Mr. Durham and Attorney General Barr find the strength and courage to go all the way with this, to bring these rouge officials to justice. If they can do so, the entire nation will owe them a huge debt, for they will have saved the Republic from a band of radical authoritarians. And may the Washington Post and its staff and owners reap the disdain and consequences they so richly deserve.

Who are the individuals that make up the deep state? Do any one of you have a shred off evidence to back up your assertions about there being a deep state? How about some facts? Dates, times, locations, names, documents, video or tape recordings, phone records, corroborating news articles from neutral sources. Anything? Jesus, you guys are paranoid.
All I have read here are overly generalized and vague accusations. Conspiracy conspiracy conspiracy…..

You’re a troll. Of course there is a deep state. Council on foreign relations. Soros. Washington Post. Obama. Clintons. Half of Congress. Payseur family. Rothschild. Rockefeller. All the imbedded CIA. Anderson Cooper. That’s just the start of a very long list.
You won’t accept the truth that is slapping you in the face. Just go about your business.

All you have to do is understand private central banking. If you do, you will realize there must be a deep state else the federal reserve would be quickly abolished and a sound money system restored.
My fear is that the Barr/Durham circus is nothing more than a big stall in the hopes that Trump will not be re elected and things can go back to biz as usual.
Why has not one been charged yet .. the investigation has been going on for quite a while … the must be enough evidence to charge somebody!
I am not entirely convinced that Barr/Durham are not just deep state actors putting on a great show, but nothing will come of it.
Wait and see.
I have prayed very hard for these days to come. I love President Trump . He has done more for this country than anyone since Reagan. I fear every day for all the true investigators of this deep state mess. I pray God will keep them and their families safe from harm. I do believe Obama is just a film on the surface of all the corruption going on in our country. God help us all if Sanders is elected too. It will surely be WAR .

Their biggest mistake was they thought they had the 2016 election “in the bag” and could get away with all their treasonous crimes and cover-ups. Time for them to pay the price and face the very serious, and I mean very serious consequences for all their many crimes , including attempted overthrorw of a duly elected president, which may even include death by hanging for certain individuals. No one is above the law, NO ONE!

The corruption of the deep state, (SWAMP), goes far beyond the Democrat party, who has the most to loose, and into the rank and file of the DOJ, FBI, DEA, CIA, NSA, EPA, NOAA and other non elected government agencies. There are also many in the GOP with dirty hands and we know who these are. They use their positions to jail, destroy and even kill if need be, to protect the swamp and Epstein comes to mind as the most recent example. If Trump had not spearheaded this workers revolt, we surely would have descended into civil war by now, under Hillary.
I disagree on one point, Holder is the worst Attorney General since the indelibly incompetent Janet “Waco” Reno.
I can just see her now, paraphrasing the “Apocalypse Now” line” “I love the smell of burning children in the morning”. I’m sure she’s sad she couldn’t find a way to sneak Elian Gonzalez in there as well. Corrupt Stinking Dyke. All Democrat AG’s have to be corrupt for the Administrations they serve to function.
Reno was just incompetent and a fool. Holder was and still is Obama’s wingman. He is a liar and a cheat and has zero ethics. He is the only AG to ever been held in contempt of congress. He instituted fast and furious which cost hundreds if not thousands of Mexican deaths as well the death of Officer Terry. He encouraged violence against law enforcement officers. He refused subpoenas from congress (Schiff, Nadler, and Pelosi didn’t care then). He corrupted the entire DoJ. Spied on the opposition. He is as unAmerican as Benedict Arnold.
This whole deep state spying on the Trump campaign certainly goes all the way to the top. This will either become one of the greatest chapters in American history or it will be swept under the carpet and be one of the last nails in the coffin of American freedom leading to civil war.
One thing that continues to be said by the “impeachment” crowd is that, “He could face criminal charges after leaving office”. Do you suppose that is the real fear of these “thugs”.
